International orders: We are now accepting international orders on an individual basis; there are different rules, conditions and regulations that vary for every country. In some cases, we may be UNABLE to ship to you. Also know that the shipping / transit fees can be expensive, depending on where you are. Our transit fee applies to US orders ONLY. If interested in an international sale with SparkBOTTLE, please CONTACT US so we can verify that we are, in fact, able to ship to your destination; and we can also determine what the total shipping fee(s) will be.
SparkBOTTLE does not issue refunds or accept returns, and no warranties / guarantees are given, expressed or implied. ONLY IN THE CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS will SparkBOTTLE replace the item(s). If your order arrives with any damage(s), you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package(s)*. ALL of our shipments are insured through the carrier of our choice, and upon investigation, will be replaced in a timely manner by us in the event of damage(s) once we receive the original product back to us. We will never accept any smoking accessory for return once it has been used- whatsoever. All sales final.
*We verify ALL deliveries and archive records of when your product was received / delivered. The 24 hour window begins at the exact time of day that is indicated from the shipper, NOT when the box was opened.
